For three consecutive years, Rebecca’s Dream has brought the conversation about mental health in sports to Super Bowl Radio Row, advocating for greater awareness, understanding, and openness around the mental health challenges athletes face. Those experiences and conversations helped inspire the development of More Than the Game: Mental Health in Sports, expanding the discussion to athletes, coaches, parents, and the broader sports community.

Moderated by Dan Bernstein, host of Unfiltered Podcast: 312 Sports, the program features former NFL player Brent Novoselsky, author and journalist Julie Kliegman, and sports psychologist Dr. Andrew Rosenbloom. Together, they explore the difference between mental health and mental performance, the pressures athletes face, the stigma around asking for help, and the important role coaches, parents, teammates, and support networks can play.

Through expert insights, personal experiences, and practical strategies, More Than the Game provides tools for recognizing when an athlete may be struggling and encourages a sports culture where conversations about mental health are welcomed and seeking support is viewed as a strength.
